Tierney eyes Shrewsbury showdown
The 23-year-old full-back left the Shrews in November but will be cheering on his old side when they face Gillingham at Wembley.
"I keep in touch with a lot of the lads at Shrewsbury and I left on really good terms," he told the Gazette.
"We beat Gillingham 7-0 earlier in the season and I think that could be a big psychological factor.
"I do think that they'll get up - but I don't want to jinx them. League One will be a challenge for them but it's one that they are capable of."
