Odejayi hopes he's impressed
Colchester striker Kayode Odejayi hopes his match-winning double against Notts County will earn him a place in the starting line-up at Bournemouth next weekend.
Odejayi climbed off the bench to score twice as the Us came from behind to secure a 2-1 win which lifted them back up to sixth in League One.
"Hopefully I've given the manager something to think about and if selected next week, I'll hope to carry on in the same way," said Odejayi.
"But if I find myself on the bench again I'll be ready and waiting to come on."
