Lisbie reveals U's determination
The 30-year-old striker joined the U's on Monday on a season-long loan from Ipswich and will be looking to rediscover the form which saw him score 17 goals as the Essex club were relegated from the Championship in the 2007/08 campaign.
Lisbie told the club's official website: "To come back here was my first choice, it's a good club and has good fans.
"I think I'll join straight in with the squad and hopefully get the club where it was (the Championship) when I was here before."
