Lambert ready for Gillespie return
The forward has been out of action since picking up the problem five minutes into the U's clash with Bristol Rovers three weeks ago.[LNB]But he is expected to return to training and push for a place against Walsall on Saturday.[LNB]Lambert told the club's official website: "Steven should be training which is a real plus point for us.[LNB]"If we can keep him fit until the end of the season, he will be like a new signing for us and give us extra options up front."[LNB]Meanwhile, Colchester have been nominated for the League One Community Club of the Year prize in this year's Football League awards.[LNB][LNB]
