Lambert praises goal-hero Platt
Platt rose to head home Mark Yeates' cross with seven minutes left and put a dent in Millwall's hopes of automatic promotion.
"I thought Clive was excellent. He showed great strength with his header and he's been great for me all season," said Lambert.
"It's a very intimidating place to come and get a result so I'm delighted.
"The defence was very strong, and in the second half I thought we seemed more comfortable.
"You always get a chance, it doesn't matter where you're playing, so we fancied our chances of nicking it."
