Same again for U's

Colchester could be unchanged for the fourth straight game as they bid to beat the drop with victory against Preston.

Boss Tony Humes has no new selection issues as the U's chase the win that could keep them in Sky Bet League One.

Defender Alex Wynter, midfielders Tom Lapslie and Sammie Szmodics, plus strikers Macauley Bonne and Dion Sembie-Ferris have all had to settle for a place on the bench in recent weeks.

Humes is not expected to make many changes, if any, after his side turned in one of their best performances of the season in the midweek draw against Swindon.

In-form Preston have a fully-fit squad once again as they bid to return to the second tier.

North End have been out of the Championship since 2011 but a victory would elevate them to that level again and extend the Lilywhites' unbeaten run to 19 games.

Simon Grayson, who is chasing a fourth promotion out of this division, is unlikely to tinker with his side too much having stumbled upon a winning formula with the free-scoring Joe Garner partnering League Two player of the month Jermaine Beckford in attack.

The likes of Callum Robinson, Neil Kilkenny and Kevin Davies will once again likely have to make do with spots on the bench while Paul Gallagher should make his 46th league appearance of the season in midfield.
