East Stirling 2-0 Clyde: Report

Ten-man East Stirling see off Clyde Alexander Walker scored and was later sent off as East Stirling claimed a 2-0 win over bottom-placed Clyde. Neither side created many clear-cut chances in the first half but Adam Strachan, William Sawyers and Kevin Finlayson all missed the target from distance for Clyde as the home side were put under the cosh. East Stirling came into the game after the break and broke the deadlock after 57 minutes when Walker beat Clyde goalkeeper Jordan Allan with a good finish from 12 yards. Walker went from hero to villain in the 71st minute when he was shown his second yellow card for a foul on William Sawyers. Three minutes later Craig Donaldson crossed and Stephen Maguire headed in to make it 2-0 to East Stirling and seal the points.
