Ferguson to check on McLaughlin
Scott Durie will miss Clyde's home game against Queen's Park while Mark McLaughlin is a doubt.
Durie is nursing a groin injury and McLaughlin is carrying a knock and will require a fitness test ahead of Saturday.
Broadwood boss Barry Ferguson knows that a good start to the season created by a win over Stirling Albion would turn into a very good one with a win over last season's runners up, but he knows that it will be far from easy.
He said: "We did well to win last weekend and to add a win over Queen's Park to that would be terrific. They have a very good squad who work hard for their coach so it will be a tough game to win."
The Hampden side miss captain Tony Quinn due to a hip injury but Sean Burns could return after missing the 1-0 defeat from Annan last weekend.
Head coach Gus MacPherson is looking for his side to add goals to their game, as he explained: "We played well last Saturday and were unlucky to lose. If we could turn our chances into goals then we will get things going.
"Clyde have put together a very strong squad and they will be out to put a second marker down after beating Stirling last weekend. However, I am sure that our players will enjoy the challenge of facing them. "
