Clyde staring at dirty dozen

Clyde will look to end a miserable run of 11 straight defeats against Saturday's opponents Queen's Park at Broadwood.

But Clyde will be without suspended defender Gavin Brown and striker Stef McCluskey, who is sidelined due to an ankle injury.

Manager Jim Duffy said: "This record has been brought up for a few games now and will be brought up until we end it.

"If we do end it we get the same three points as we do for any other game, so we will be treating the game in the same manner as we do any other game."

Queen's Park head to Cumbernauld without a host of absent players.

Paul Gallacher (knee), Scott Gibson (groin), David Anderson (ankle) and James Baty (groin) are all injured, while Ricky Lamie and Bernard Coll are both suspended.

Head coach Gardner Speirs is hoping to use former Kilmarnock trainee Ross Fisher as a trialist again as he looks to lift his squad after a sluggish start to the season.

Speirs said: "We've had a disappointing time of things with injuries and never been able to put anything like the same side out twice.

"We will look to regroup and get a positive result against Clyde."
