Gray day for Clyde

Clyde's Iain Gray will miss out against Queen's Park after he suffered a hamstring injury in Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Stirling that sent the Bully Wee to the bottom of the table.

Manager Jim Duffy has other injury woes, with David Marsh (groin), Gavin Brown (hamstring), Michael Oliver (ankle) and John Sweeney (illness) all missing out and Stefan McCluskey doubtful with a knee problem.

To make matters worse, the Broadwood side have lost their last nine games to the Spiders.

Duffy said: "Hopefully we can bring that run to an end in this game. We are a pretty decent side when we have everyone available but we are stretched at the moment.

"Confidence is low as a result but a decent performance against Queen's Park will lift things."

Queen's Park head coach Gardner Speirs welcomes Michael Keenan back after suspension as he looks to solve a happy selection problem.

A young, makeshift line-up won 2-0 at Peterhead on Saturday, and as well as having Keenan available again Jamie Brough is free of work commitments and Tony McParland and David Anderson are also expected to be involved after family commitments.

The only absentees for the Spiders are Paul Gallacher (hamstring) and Tony Quinn (hip), with Speirs saying: "The young side we had out on Saturday all did really well, so it's a happy quandary to have.

"I need to get the team selection right as Clyde will be hurting at going bottom of the table and be looking to put that right by defeating us."
