Daly missing for Bully Wee

Clyde entertain Montrose and the Bully Wee are looking to build on last Saturday's 2-1 win at Annan however striker Michael Daly injured a knee at training on Thursday and looks set to miss out.

Stefan McCluskey and Gavin Brown are also doubts with manager Jim Duffy pin-pointing Bryan Deasley as the danger-man in Montrose's attack.

"I had Bryan when he was a youngster at Dundee and he is a talented player," he said. "He is scoring regularly just now and we will need to keep a very close eye on him or we will suffer.

"This league is incredibly tight but hopefully we can squeeze out another win."

Montrose are without the crocked defensive duo of Jonathan Crawford and Alan Campbell due to ankle injuries as they look to extend their unbeaten run in League 2 to five games.

Manager Stuart Garden said: "We have started to move up the way in the table but the only way to keep doing that is by continuing to win games. It is always a difficult game against Clyde as their manager Jim Duffy has his side very well organised.

"They will have taken confidence from winning at Annan last Saturday but we edged a tough game against Peterhead last week and we can do so again at Clyde."
