Duo set for Elgin bow

Clyde will host Elgin without defender David Marsh.

Marsh has a groin injury and is absent along with Bryan Gilfillan, whose has left the club for personal reasons and headed north to join Peterhead.

But the Bully Wee expect to have on-loan Dumbarton midfielder Kevin Nicol available after a hamstring injury and John Neil has recovered from a chest infection.

Broadwood boss Jim Duffy said: "We have shown in the two games with Elgin already this season that there is not a lot between the teams.

"These games usually come down to a fine margin and hopefully we will be on the right side of that margin this time."

New signings Ross McKinnon and Gavin Morrision will be in the Elgin squad.

Full-back McKinnon has joined from Dutch side Veendam and midfielder Morrison is back at the club for a second loan spell from Inverness.

Both players are in line for immediate debuts as Jamie Duff, Paul Harkins and Stuart Leslie are all suspended.

"I am delighted to have both players available as I have been chasing Ross for a long time and Gavin played really well when he was here before," said manager Ross Jack, whose side have not won in six matches.

"It is time for us to get our promotion push going again. However, I realise that against Clyde you have to work your socks off to get anything."M
