O'Donnell return strengthens Clyde

Clyde welcome back midfielder Stephen O'Donnell to the squad for the visit of East Fife.

O'Donnell returns from a one-match ban but Scott McLaughlin remains out with a broken arm and a knee injury rules out Scott Ferguson.

The Bully Wee could be missing other players as manager Barry Ferguson explained: "We have been hit with a bit of a sickness bug and I will delay naming a team until I see who is available on Saturday lunchtime.

"This game will be won by the team who turns up the most on the day. We showed last weekend at Annan that we can win in those circumstances so I am looking forward to the visit of East Fife."

East Fife could hand a debut to Jordan Leyden after he arrived on loan from Partick Thistle.

Manager Gary Naysmith also has Julen Etxabeguren available after injury, while Liam Smith has returned from a Scotland under-19 international tournament.

Naysmith said: "I have a full squad to choose from for the first time in weeks so I am pleased about that. We are in a good position to make the play-offs however we know that we need to keep winning to get over the line.

"We have not beaten Clyde yet this season so this game would be a terrific time to do that and move 10 points clear of them."
