Jon-Paul McGovern and Scott Ferguson miss Clyde clash with Cowdenbeath

Clyde entertain Cowdenbeath and the Bully Wee are again without Jon-Paul McGovern and Scott Ferguson due to knee injuries.

Michael Oliver, Jordan Lowdon and Phil Johnston are all rated as doubts.

Manager Barry Ferguson is looking for his side to bounce back after a 3-2 defeat to Annan last weekend as he explained: "We didn't start the game well enough and we ended up chasing it as a result. We got back into it and I thought that we would go on and win but we then allowed Annan to score a soft third goal.

"It was disappointing and hopefully we can get it right against Cowdenbeath."

Cowdenbeath miss Burton O'Brien who has a jaw injury and Kenny Adamson who has a back problem.

Gerry McLauchlan is available after a rib injury but a lack of recent game time could see him miss out.

Manager Liam Fox said: "We will take the boost we got from defeating Edinburgh City last weekend into this game. It was not a great performance but we got the job done and training was more upbeat as that first win has been secured.

"We cannot however sit back and think that a second win will come easily especially against a Clyde side who have one of the strongest squads in this league."
