Squad competition key for Sheridan
Chesterfield boss John Sheridan is still looking to add players to his squad to create competition for places at the b2net Stadium.
Sheridan revealed he was recently in talks with two players before injury scuppered the possibility of them moving.
"I don't want people thinking they are automatic choices in the side so we need one or two more in," said Sheridan.
"I have been trying to bring in more players but unfortunately a couple I was hoping to bring in have got injured."
