Spireites suffer Davies woe

Chesterfield have been rocked by the news that midfielder Gareth Davies could be sidelined until mid-September after breaking his big toe in three places.
The 24-year-old sustained the injury in the Spireites' 5-1 pre-season victory over Matlock.
Boss Lee Richardson told the club's official website: "This is cruel luck for Gareth as he's just returned fully recovered for pre-season training after an injury-hit season last year."
Davies has scored four goals in 131 appearances for Chesterfield since making his first-team debut five years ago.
