Chesterfield will train at their new b2net Stadium for the first time this week. The new 10,300 all-seater arena at Whittington Moor was officially handed over to the club last week. Manager John Sheridan is full of praise about its appearance. He said: "The pitch and stadium are beautiful. We just need to get used to it as quick as possible. I've told them the size of pitch I want and I think that is all sorted out now." Chesterfield begin their npower League Two campaign at home to Barnet on August 7 before hosting Middlesbrough in the Carling Cup three days later. Sheridan added: "I was pleased we got the first game at home and the cup game is a great draw. We will be playing against a very good team, one of the fancied teams in the Championship, so it is a real test for us."
