Spireites draw Mickleover
Chesterfield have been drawn against Mickleover Sports FC in the Derbyshire Senior Cup.
The Spireites, along with Derby, have not entered the competition in recent years but will travel to the Mickleover Sports Ground after receiving a bye to the third round.
"It is not unusual for league clubs to take part in county competitions and we are happy to join in with all the other Derbyshire clubs for what I believe is the first time in many years," said Chesterfield manager John Sheridan.
The tie will take place on December 14 and kick-off at 7.45pm.
