Spireites boss unfazed by boo-boys

A section of the home supporters called for Richardson to be sacked even after new signing Martin Gritton had cancelled out Rene Howe's opener.[LNB]Craig Stanley then netted the winner for the Shrimps to further compound Richardson's woes, but the Chesterfield boss is remaining upbeat.[LNB]"I am not going to criticise the supporters who made their feelings known because we didn't give them very much to cheer about," said Richardson.[LNB]"We need to win matches and games at home, that is our responsibility. We are the only ones that can affect that, me, my staff and the players, who have to stand up and be counted at home.[LNB]"We were flat, especially in the first half when we were on the back foot for no real reason. We didn't take the game to Morecambe. The second half followed a pattern we have seen many times at Saltergate when the opposition score with their first real attempt on goal, and that sets a tone around the ground.[LNB]"We then got an excellent equaliser from Martin Gritton which gave us the chance to go on and build but again our defending for the second goal was just woeful. We have a responsibility to do better."[LNB][LNB]
