Sheridan was critical of his players after seeing them lose their third successive home game.[LNB]Hereford's Jake Jervis picked himself up after being fouled in the penalty area by Phil Picken to score the subsequent spot-kick early in the second half and Marc Pugh added a second for the visitors from 12 yards just after the hour-mark.[LNB]Barry Conlon pulled one back for the home side with an 81st-minute penalty after Lewis Young was adjudged to have fouled Chesterfield striker Adam Rundle.[LNB]Sheridan said: "The players are letting themselves down and letting the fans down. For some reason we're just not doing it. We've not been playing well for three or four games.[LNB]"We didn't have a single corner and we're not getting attempts on goal. The players have to look at themselves. We are just not at the races at the moment."[LNB][LNB]
