Chesterfield have named the former Leeds United and
Blackburn Rovers midfielder Scott Sellars as their new assistant manager.
Spireites boss Lee Richardson has brought Sellars to Saltergate after former assistant Alan Knill opted to become Bury's new manager.
Sellars, who had been working with the youth set-up at Sheffield United, told Chesterfield's official website: "I'm honoured to get my chance and am really looking forward to getting stuck in."
Richardson added: "I've known Scott for many years and am delighted he's joining us."
