No appeal against Robertson red
The Scot was sent off three minutes before half-time in the Spireites' 2-1 win at Gigg Lane on Tuesday night and will now serve a three-match ban.
Chesterfield secretary Alan Walters said: "In our view the referee was far too hasty in flourishing the red card for what was no more than an ill-timed and clumsy tackle.
"Having already played half the game with just 10 men we now face a three-match suspension for the same incident, and this seems very severe.
"Although disappointed we have decided not to appeal as it is most unlikely that the decision would be overturned."
