McFarland sees positives

Chesterfield manager Roy McFarland has urged his players to build on the second half of their 3-1 home defeat by Bristol City.
The Spireites trailed 3-0 at the interval, but improved after the break without ever looking like ending a four-match winless run.
McFarland said: "We made life hard for ourselves. The damage was done in the first half when we let it slip away.
"We won the second half when we re-organised and changed one or two players and were more positive, but when you lose three goals like that, it's very difficult.
"But I am confident we can get going and I thought the players stuck at it and played for their pride in front of our own supporters in the second half."
