Chesterfield boss Lee Richardson praised hat-trick hero Jack Lester following the Spireites' 4-2 victory at lowly Lincoln City.
The 32-year-old frontman has now netted 14 goals in 16 games since his summer arrival from Sheffield United, although Richardson was keen to share the praise around for Lester's latest success.
He told the Derby Evening Telegraph: "Jack's hat-trick was as good a one as you'll see at any level of football.
"I thought he was absolutely magnificent from start to finish, along with our midfield, who had the legs and gave us the engine for our victory.
"Jack Lester will get the headlines and rightly so, because it was a magnificent hat-trick, but it was also a team effort."
