Jack in the box delight's boss

The experienced striker became the first Spireites player in 80 years to score 20 goals in consecutive seasons before Paul Marshall's free-kick set up a nervy finish. And boss Lee Richardson believes that Lester is still good enough to play in the Championship, saying: "Finishing-wise Jack is as good as anyone in the lower divisions. He can probably still do it in the Championship and since he has been captain he has led by example. "Jack is the icing on the cake but it's the team effort that wins you games of football. There was only one team that looked like winning the game and I think the result flattered them a little bit. "I can't fault the players in terms of effort and all the hard stuff that we talk about. They have been superb at that for some time now and I think there is a growing belief in the squad. "I think there's more to come in that area. The fundamentals are hard work, determination and desire and the players are showing that in spades all over the park."
