"The lads put me through the mill a bit and that's why I get so frustrated," Sheridan said. "We were excellent in the first half and some of the football we played and chances we created were very pleasing against one of the best sides in the division.
"But then you go out for the second half and within 10 minutes it's 2-2! It's unbelievable.
"People have got to listen to me if we want to get out of this division, and if they don't listen then I will leave them out of the team, I don't care who they are.
"You have to keep players at this level bright. They are not playing at this level because they are poor footballers, it's more to do with the fact they sometimes switch off, and I think we did that."
