Breckin back for Spireites

Chesterfield hope to have Ian Breckin available for the trip to Cheltenham. The experienced centre-half was taken ill prior to the game against Wycombe in midweek, but the league leaders' makeshift defence impressed in defeating their nearest rivals 4-1 at the b2net Stadium. With Simon Ford (calf) still out and Javan Vidal back at Manchester City after his loan spell, boss John Sheridan will have his fingers crossed that Breckin is fit in time. Dean Morgan made a surprise return to the starting line-up against Wycombe after several weeks out with an ankle injury and the forward should be involved again after suffering no ill-effects. Sheridan could be further boosted by the return of midfielders Mark Allott and Dwayne Mattis from ankle and calf problems respectively.
