Young becomes first Chester boss

Reformed Chester have appointed Colwyn Bay boss Neil Young as their first manager following the club's summer resurrection.Young will bring his assistant Gary Jones with him to be his number two at the Deva Stadium. Young and Jones have a proven track record of success over the last two years in non-league football with Bay.
