Chester City have handed a contract to trialist Adam Walker after he impressed during pre-season at the Deva Stadium.
The midfielder has shown up well during his time with Bobby Williamson's squad and has earned himself a permanent stint with the Blues.
Williamson said: "The lad has shown up well in training and he gives us options in the wide midfield positions."
Meanwhile, Williamson is also running the rule over striker Colin Heath.
The 23-year-old is a free agent after leaving Macclesfield Town at the end of last season.
