Vaughan vows to help Chester back

Chester owner Stephen Vaughan says he will do everything he can to get the club back into the Football League. City confirmed on Sunday that they have gone into voluntary administration. But former chairman told BBC Radio Merseyside: "I will do whatever I can to make sure this club bounces back from non-league football. "If that means we can get a buyer in that's all well and good.
