Vaughan glum as talks stall

Chester City chairman Stephen Vaughan is disappointed that negotiations with potential investors appear to have stalled.
Spanish-based ISM approached Vaughan last month about putting money in to the League Two club, but negotiations are taking longer than was originally anticipated.
"We've had further talks with ISM, received letters of intent from them and conducted our own exhaustive searches into the company, but still the deal doesn't get any closer," said Vaughan.
"I'm getting frustrated by the promises. If we can conclude a deal that's advantageous for Chester City then good, but if we can't then we'll draw a line under the episode and move on with our lives."
