Lowe can leave relegated Chester

Chester City will allow star striker Ryan Lowe to leave the club on a free transfer following their relegation from the Football League. The 30-year-old, who finished the season as Chester's top scorer with 18 goals, joined from Crewe in July 2008 and has two years left on his contract.
