Chester to learn their fate today as the Football Association hears the Club's appeal over which division they will start in next season. Club officials meet with the Football Association today to appeal against the recommendation that they be placed at National Football System Level 5 (North West Counties Premier Division) next season. Chester will claim that they are being treated as a new club as opposed to the continuation of the previous one and will site several previous precedents to back up their stance.
