Blues close on Partridge

Chester City are hopeful of tying up a deal to bring former Rotherham United winger Ritchie Partridge to the Deva Stadium this week.
The 26-year-old former Liverpool trainee is out of contract with the Millers and Blues chairman Stephen Vaughan is confident that a deal can be struck.
He told the Daily Post: "We have put what we consider to be an attractive financial package to Ritchie, hopefully we will see a positive conclusion to our negotiations this week."
Partridge scored four goals in 36 appearances for Rotherham last season, having previously spent one season with Sheffield Wednesday.
The wideman has also had spells on loan at Bristol Rovers and Coventry City.
