"If the chairman wants me to stay then I'll stay because I love football and I just want to stay in football," said Wright. "That will be up to the chairman but we have already been planning for relegation.
"Now we have to approach it but we have got out once before and even though it's going to be difficult to get out, it's not impossible.
"It's been a long, hard struggle but when you have only got 13 professionals and kids it's always going to be difficult.
"One of the lads who scored our goal is on £25 a week - how do you compete against big clubs when you are doing that?"
