Veteran former Aston Villa midfielder Alan Wright has penned a contract with Cheltenham Town that will keep him at Whaddon Road until the end of the season.
The diminutive 36-year-old initially joined the Robins on non-contract terms in October and has impressed in his seven games for the club.
Wright told Town's official website: "We've been playing well without getting the wins we deserve, but the passion and the commitment from the players is fantastic and the wins will start coming.
"The work ethic at this club is superb and there's a great spirit around the club.
"That's what's attracted me here and I'm enjoying my football at the moment. If I can lend my experience to some of the younger members of the squad, then everybody wins."
In a varied 18-year professional career, Wright has made more than 500 League appearances for 11 clubs.
