    Robins eye Lindegaard

    21 Jun 2007 - 14:41:30

Cheltenham Town are reportedly keen to add former Yeovil Town utility man Andy Lindegaard to their squad this summer.

The 26-year-old had been with the Glovers since the summer of 1999, helping the club rise from the Conference to League One during his time at Huish Park, before being released last month.

Meanwhile, Town centre-half Gavin Caines has pledged his immediate future to the club by agreeing a new one-year contract at Whaddon Road.

The 23-year-old has been with the Robins for three years, making more than 100 appearances for the club.

Cheltenham are still waiting to see whether striker Damian Spencer will agree a new contract to remain with the club.
