Cheltenham Town have agreed terms with Forest Green Rovers striker Kayode Odejayi.
The 21-year-old is out of contract, but because of his age Rovers are demanding a fee for the player and the final decision about that looks set to be decided by a tribunal.
The former Bristol City trainee scored 13 Conference goals last season but decided to reject the offer of a new 12-month contract at The Lawn in order to try and find a Football League club.
"I just want to see if I can get back into the Football League," Odejayi had earlier told the Gloucestershire Echo. "If it's within the area and in the League, I would definitely be interested."
