Cheltenham Town manager Martin Allen has persuaded Bristol City winger Scott Murray to extend his loan stay at Whaddon Road for two more months.
The 34-year-old joined Town last month and has already made four first-team starts for the club, scoring twice.
Allen told the club's official website: "I feel this is good news and it was Scott who came to me asking if he could stay, which is a good sign."
The League One side have several players currently in the treatment room with Lloyd Owusu, Darren Kenton and Murray all picking up injuries at the weekend.
Shane Duff, Shane Higgs and David Bird are also currently sidelined.
