Cheltenham Town manager Martin Allen is keen to add some more firepower to his squad with the addition of a new loan striker.
Allen has made full use of the loan system since arriving at Whaddon Road in September but has a gap in his squad following Stuart Fleetwood's return to parent club Charlton Athletic.
Fleetwood scored twice in seven appearances for the Robins.
"Martin still wants another striker and that's his priority," chairman Paul Baker told the Gloucestershire Echo.
"We're pushing the boat out for loans at the moment and he has a couple of irons in the fire, so I expect there to be some movement in the next couple of weeks."
Meanwhile, Allen has offered four transfer-listed players the option to cancel their contracts ahead of schedule.
Midfielder Craig Armstrong, Scott Brown, Aaron Ledgister and Ben Gill have all been told they are surplus to requirements.
