Yates vows to bounce back

Cheltenham manager Mark Yates insists his squad has enough quality to bounce back following the heavy 4-0 defeat by Stevenage. Mark Roberts opened the scoring for the home side before Byron Harrison made it 2-0 at the break. Michael Bostwick added a third on 52 minutes before Harrison's second, two minutes later finished off the rout. Yates said: "It's a very disappointing outcome of course, and I have to say I wasn't expecting this from the players. "Certain things we'd worked on and talked about just didn't come off and that's frustrating. "I fancied us to get something - this was an important game for us against one of our rivals in mid-table. It wasn't to be though, and now we'll just have to go away and have a rethink. "Can we get back to winning ways again soon? Of course, the quality in the squad will always be there."
