Yates to wait on Eastham decision

Cheltenham boss Mark Yates will explore the possibility of extending Ashley Eastham`s loan deal after Saturday`s trip to Crewe. The Blackpool defender arrived back at Whaddon Road at the start of January following a similar stint with the Robins last term. This term he has made eight starts and one substitute appearance and, with his current deal set to expire after the weekend, Yates will then weigh up whether he will keep him on board for the subsequent six games of the campaign. "Ashley has been great to have around and he`s done a job whenever he`s been in the team," the Town boss told the club`s official website. "He`s a great lad and he`s superb on the training ground. There is a possibility that we may extend his loan spell but we`ll have to see where we are after Saturday."
