Yates issues warning

Cheltenham manager Mark Yates has threatened to wield the axe for the visit of Stevenage after watching his side roll over against Barnet last weekend. The Robins took the lead before going down 3-1 in disappointing fashion and no-one can be certain of their place at Whaddon Road. Strikers Wesley Thomas and Shaun Jeffers, the latter of whom started on the bench at Barnet, have recovered from knocks and are in contention for selection. However, midfielder Frankie Artus sustained a minor crack in his fibula at Underhill and could be out for a maximum of six weeks, although the club are hopeful it could in fact be around four. Defender Martin Riley (hamstring) also misses out for at least another week.
