The Robins boss saw his side ripped apart 4-1 by table-toppers Rochdale who extended their lead at the top thanks to a Chris O'Grady hat-trick.[LNB]But despite the heavy defeat, Yates saw enough to suggest his side can turn their fortunes around, especially if they learn from their victorious opponents.[LNB]"Rochdale have got a good team and we more than matched them for 50 minutes," said Yates. "There were lots of positives, not enough but we've got something to work with.[LNB]"You can see the confidence and belief Rochdale have got and that's what you get when you're top of the league and that's a lesson for us and where we want to be.[LNB]"We've seen our blueprint - how a good team plays, works hard, defends, takes chances and hits you on the break. That's what we need to aim for."[LNB][LNB]
