Thomas keen to kick on

Cheltenham's summer signing Wesley Thomas is desperate to continue his goalscoring form. The former Dagenham striker has made the perfect start to his Robins career with three goals in his first two appearances - including a brace in Cheltenham's 3-2 win over Crewe on Saturday. However, Thomas freely admits that he has problems scoring in the winter months and is keen to rectify that. "I always seem to start seasons well to be fair." the 23-year-old told the Gloucestershire Echo. "But in the past I have had bad patches when it starts getting cold. This year I want to be consistent and get as many goals as I can throughout the season. "I am buzzing after getting three in two games as a striker and I am full of confidence. I feel I can score in every game and I want to score every week."
