Slim pickings for Allen against Shots
On-loan midfielder Frankie Artus, whose spell at the Abbey Business Stadium expires after this weekend, has been back at parent club Bristol City nursing an ankle injury sustained in the first half of last Saturday's 1-1 draw against Rotherham.
Striker Justin Richards also had to come off before half-time with a knee injury and both are struggling to ready in time to face the Shots.
Fellow striker Barry Hayles (ankle) is also a doubt while midfielders Michael Pook and Oliver Bozanic (both knee) and captain Shane Duff (calf) remain sidelined.
Elvis Hammond made a return to the bench last Saturday following his ankle injury and he is the favourite to step in for Richards should he be required.
