Robins seal deal for Spurs youngster
Cox, who turns 19 next month, can play in either full-back position and in midfield and penned his first professional deal with Spurs earlier this summer.
He becomes the fourth player from White Hart Lane to move to Whaddon Road this year, following David Hutton, Yuri Berchiche and Ajet Shehu.
Cox will not feature in Tuesday night's Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash against Torquay but will go straight into Martin Allen's squad for Saturday's home clash against Dagenham.
