The Robins played the majority of the second half at Blundell Park with 10 men after Ashley Eastham's sending off, but they dug in for a vital point which keeps them six-points above the relegation zone.[LNB]And Townsend has credited new boss Mark Yates for establishing a sense of unity within the squad.[LNB]"We had a few fun and games after dinner at our hotel on Friday night, with a quiz - things like that bring people closer together," he told the Gloucester Citizen.[LNB]"Team spirit is what we need and it was a good stroke from the gaffer and his backroom team. They fought hard to get the overnighter and it did pay dividends with the digging in and the team performance.[LNB]"The gaffer has been a settling influence and he has emphasised that the way we are going to move forward is to all be fighting together. With that in place and the quality we have we will claw our way up the table."[LNB][LNB]
