Lewis missing for Robins

Theo Lewis remains Cheltenham`s only absentee for their Carling Cup first-round tie at Brentford. The forward, who celebrates his 19th birthday on the day of the clash at Valley Parade, has been laid low with glandular fever and subsequently ruled out of action until at least September. Manager Mark Yates is expected to name a strong side for the encounter as he looks to guide Town into Wednesday`s draw for the second round. He may well keep faith the same XI who claimed a more than respectable 1-1 draw at promotion favourites Gillingham at the weekend, with the hosts requiring a 76th-minute equaliser to claim a share of the spoils. The Robins will again have to be on top of their game, though, if they are to get anything from another of League Two`s favoured sides to be at the top of the table come May.
