Injuries frustrate Robins chief
Allen is determined to improve the Robins' fortunes despite a heavily-reduced squad of players.
He told the club's official website: "We've got several defenders injured.
"Alan Wright and Drissa Diallo are out and Chris Westwood has gone back to Peterborough. Andy Gallinagh, Shane Duff and Lee Ridley are all fit and well and we will try to pluck a right-back from somewhere.
"We have to face up to it. We're not on a good run and players haven't been available. If we don't have good players we won't win football matches.
"As a group we have to maintain professionalism and keep working, keep practising, and keep training."
